At Amino USA, we understand that research timelines are strict and material integrity is paramount. We are committed to providing fast, reliable, and secure shipping for all laboratory research compounds. Below, you will find detailed information regarding our fulfillment process, delivery options, and how to resolve any potential shipping issues.

Processing & Shipping Timeframes

  • 24-Hour Shipping Guarantee: All valid orders are fulfilled and safely dispatched within 24 business hours once payment has been successfully processed and verified.
  • Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:30 PM CST (Monday–Friday) are processed and shipped out the exact same day. To efficiently guarantee this service, all qualifying orders are officially dispatched to the carrier at the close of business.
  • After-Hours & Weekends: Orders placed after 12:30 PM CST, or on weekends/national holidays, will be processed and shipped at the close of the absolute next business day.

Note on Delays: If your order has not moved to a “shipped” status within 24 business hours, it is almost exclusively due to an incomplete payment or a required security verification delay. Shipping Options & Costs

To ensure affordable, tracked, and rapid delivery, we offer three flat-rate shipping tiers:

1. UPS 2-Day Air – $12.75 (+ state tax)

  • FREE on all orders over $250!
  • Delivery Time: 2 business days. Please be advised that UPS 2-Day Air does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery.
  • Tracking: A centralized UPS tracking number will be provided via email the moment the label is generated.

2. UPS Ground – $9.75 (+ state tax)

  • Delivery Time: Typically 3 to 5 business days, depending heavily on your geographic distance from our Houston, Texas fulfillment center.
  • Tracking: A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you immediately upon dispatch.

3. USPS Priority Mail (Strictly for PO Box / APO Addresses Only) – $11.00 (+ state tax)

  • Delivery Time: Typically 3 to 5 business days.
  • Tracking: A USPS tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch. (Please note: Use this option ONLY if you cannot receive a physical UPS delivery).

Tracking Your Order

The moment your research materials are handed over to the carrier, an automated email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If your tracking status displays “Label Created” or “Awaiting Package” and does not update after 24 to 48 hours, it generally indicates:

  • The package bypassed an initial carrier scan at the sorting facility.
  • The generated shipping label encountered a logistical error.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

While Amino USA operates a highly optimized logistics pipeline to ensure prompt shipment, occasional transit delays may occur once the package is in the carrier’s possession. These are typically due to:

  • High shipping volumes during peak national holiday seasons.
  • Severe weather-related transit disruptions.
  • Carrier sorting or mechanical issues entirely beyond our control.

If you experience an unusual transit delay, we ask that you first consult your tracking number directly on the UPS or USPS website. If the carrier provides no clarity, contact our support team for further logistics assistance.

Additional Shipping Information

  • Shipping Locations: We currently only ship within the domestic United States. All packages are securely dispatched directly from our dedicated warehouse in Houston, Texas.
  • Incorrect Address Liability: Please rigorously double-check your shipping address before finalizing your checkout. Amino USA cannot be held logistically or financially responsible for packages delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once a carrier officially marks a package as “Delivered” via tracking, Amino USA is no longer liable for lost, misplaced, or stolen packages. If you suspect package theft, we highly recommend initiating a trace with UPS or contacting your local post office immediately.
  • Signature Requirements: For enhanced security, certain high-value requisition orders may mandate a signature upon delivery.
