Waiver, Indemnification, and Research-Only Agreement

1.   • They have conducted their own independent review and possess sufficient knowledge to safely handle these specific chemical compounds.
  • They independently assume all responsibility for verifying the dangers, health hazards, and legal regulations related to the ownership, use, or possession of these products within their specific jurisdiction (municipality, state, or country).
  • No product purchased will be changed, altered, adulterated, or misbranded for purposes of human administration or introduced into interstate commerce as an unapproved drug.

6. Limitation of Use & Right of Refusa lwww.aminousa.us.com shall not be liable for damages caused by any purchaser’s failure to abide by this Agreement, nor for damages caused by the purchaser’s abuse, negligence, or mishandling of the compounds. Furthermore, www.aminousa.us.com reserves the right to refuse service or sale to anyone, for any reason, particularly if there is any suspicion that a product may be used outside the scope of lawful laboratory research.

7. Governing Law & Severability This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any part of this Agreement is deemed to be unenforceable by a Court of competent jurisdiction, solely that unenforceable provision will be stricken, and the remainder of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

8. Complete Agreement This Waiver, in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement regarding the safe handling, purchase, and use of products from www.aminousa.us.com By completing a transaction and confirming the checkout process, the User officially agrees to all physical, legal, and operational stipulations detailed herein.
