6. Restrictions on Use and Resale

Products purchased from Amino USA may not be resold, relabeled, or redistributed without our express written, corporate consent. If you incorporate any product into other research materials or distribute it further within your institution, you automatically accept full responsibility for regulatory compliance, safety labeling, and total liability.

7. Dispute Resolution / Binding Arbitration / Class Action Waiver
