Returns & Exchanges

We accept return requests strictly within 30 days of you receiving your order. To initiate a return or exchange, please immediately contact our support team at sales@aminousa.us.com with your order details. A team member will guide you through our secure return process.

Return Eligibility

  • Incorrect or Damaged Products: If you receive the wrong compound or if a vial arrives physically compromised or damaged, Amino USA will cover the return shipping costs entirely.
  • Unsatisfactory Products: If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return. In this instance, the customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses.
  • Missing Products: If any items are missing from your ordered shipment upon arrival, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will immediately investigate the packing logs to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the highly sensitive chemical nature of laboratory research compounds, certain items are strictly ineligible for return:

  • Opened or Used Products: For strict safety, contamination, and quality control reasons, we absolutely cannot accept returns on vials that have had their seals broken, have been opened, reconstituted, altered, or used in any capacity.
  • Temperature-Sensitive Products: Items that require specific environmental or cold storage conditions cannot be safely returned due to the high potential for chemical degradation and structural contamination during a return transit process.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are legally eligible for refunds. Any items purchased on sale, clearance, or using a wholesale bulk discount are permanently non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email sales@aminousa.us.com within 24 hours of discovering an issue or within the 30-days return window.
  2. Provide Details: Explicitly include your original order number, your reason for requesting the return, and clear, well-lit photos of both the product(s) and the exterior packaging you initially received.
  3. Approval Process: Our logistics team will review your request to determine if a refund or exchange is applicable under our policies.
  4. Return Instructions: If officially approved, we will provide you with specific instructions and the proper routing address for returning the product to our Houston facility.

Refund Process

Once we receive and physically inspect your returned item to confirm the seals are intact and the product is uncompromised, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be immediately processed by Amino USA. A credit will automatically be issued to your original method of payment within 1 to 2 business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you have received a refund approval email but have not yet seen the funds post to your account within this timeframe, please take the following steps:
    • Double-check your bank account or credit card statement.
    • Contact your credit card company or banking institution directly, as banking processing and posting times vary widely and are entirely out of our control.

Exchanges

We exclusively replace items if they are physically defective upon arrival, severely damaged in transit, or if an incorrect item was shipped. If you require an exchange for the exact same product due to damage, please urgently email us at sales@aminousa.us.com with photographic evidence.
